We are JYC Battery Manufacturer Co., Ltd. And as a leading manufacturer of lead-acid batteries with over 24 years of experience in the industry, we are here to offer you a complete solution for all your stored power needs. Our company has production bases both in China and in Malaysia, totaling 350,000 square meters of workshops and 1500 highly skilled employees. We engineer and manufacture a wide range of lead-acid batteries, including general series, deep cycle series, gel series, high rate series, OPzV and OPzS series, start-stop AGM/EFB car series, and more.

History

2000

JYC Battery Manufacturer Co., Ltd was founded in Guangzhou, and started to produce VRLA battery.

2005

A sub-factory was established to expand the production scale and start the independent production of battery plates.

2009

We purchased 100,000 square meters of land in Weng Yuan County and moved our factory to Shaoguan.

2011

Adopted advanced and reliable TTP welding and heat sealing technology.

2015

We developed a new generation technology of ABS case for batteries, and started to produce battery case independently.

2017

The R&D center building was completed to use, becoming a cooperative laboratory of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.

2018

We purchased 50,000 square feet of land in Malaysia to establish an overseas factory and put it into operation.

2019

Shaoguan plant will build a new second phase plant, covering an area of about 50,000 square meters, using continuous casting and rolling with punching equipment.

2022

Mass production of continuous casting and rolling with punching, and the application of the punching technology to VRLA batteries.

2023

Mass production of continuous casting and rolling with punching, and the application of the punching technology to VRLA batteries.

JYC Battery Manufacturer Co., Ltd. insists on high quality and efficient production to continuously improve product stability and reliability. Strictly control the production process and build a development structure of high-quality products and high-level services in parallel.

R & D

JYC Battery R&D Center has an existing R&D team of more than 100 people. The R&D center takes technology, R&D, innovation, and breakthrough as the concept, and constantly optimizes the process. After years of development, JYC Battery has become a new R&D force in the industry. Relying on the support of the Shaoguan Science and Technology Bureau, it became the research and development center of high-performance advanced lead-carbon battery engineering technology in Shaoguan in 2018.
